Sarah Jessica Parker, as Carrie, encounters unfamiliar faces in season three of “And Just Like That…” Is the next Mr. Big there?
This week, Sarah Jessica Parker (59) and Kristin Davis (59) strutted up and down the streets of Manhattan as Carrie and Charlotte for “And Just Like That…” Another season of the series spin-off of “Sex And The City” is currently being filmed in New York. And “And Just Like That…” is going into the next round with fresh faces.
The producers, which also include Sarah Jessica Parker, have signed three more actors for the upcoming third season, which is scheduled to air in 2025: Logan Marshall-Green (47), Mehcad Brooks (43) and Jonathan Cake (56).
From Spider-Man to Carrie Bradshaw
is known from films such as “Spider-Man: Homecoming”, and has meanwhile gained series experience with his role in “Desperate Housewives”. Also part of the suburban housewife series was, who, like his two colleagues, is also set to be introduced as a recurring guest star in the third season. It is not yet known which characters they will take on.
Reunion with old guest roles
In addition, Sebastiano Pigazzi (28) and Dolly Wells (52), already known from guest roles in the second season, will become series regulars. Pigazzi plays Giuseppe, who is dating Anthony (Mario Cantone, 64), while Wells plays Joy, a colleague of Miranda (Cynthia Nixon, 58).
However, series fans will have to do without two popular characters in the third season: As the industry website “Deadline” reported in March, Karen Pittman (38), aka law lecturer Nya Wallace, will no longer be seen in the third season of the hit series. Just like Sara Ramirez (48), who played the non-binary stand-up comedian Che Diaz.
