U2 gave Taylor Swift a warm welcome when she arrived in Dublin. Swift expressed her gratitude with effusive greetings.
During the countless stops on her current “The Eras” tour, US singer Taylor Swift (34) is likely to have received flowers from prominent fans on several occasions. However, she seems to have been particularly pleased with the opulent bouquet that the Irish band U2 sent her on the occasion of Swift’s arrival in her hometown of Dublin.
Stylish roses from her “Irish fan club”
Shortly after landing, the singer posted a story on her Instagram account with a photo showing a beautiful bouquet of yellow and pink roses, among other things. Below that is a greeting card with the handwritten words: “Dear Taylor, welcome back to our hometown…leave some of it…?!!!!” The card is signed “Your Irish fan club, Bono, Edge, Adam and Larry”.
In her story, Swift immediately thanked her celebrity fans with effusive words and wrote: “I can already feel the Irish hospitality!!! @u2 thank you for always being the most stylish and cool.”
After this warm reception in Dublin, it is not unlikely that the US singer will personally greet the members of the band backstage at one of her concerts there. At her concert in London on June 21, she already granted Prince William (42) and his children Prince George (10) and Princess Charlotte (9) a backstage audience.
