Step by step: how to clean a plastic bottle inside

In recent years, the need to take care of the environment has begun to be highlighted. I found out how to clean these bottles for recycling.

For several years, within the framework of campaigns on environmental care, the recycling and the reuse of all kinds of objects, including plastic water bottles. However, these need to be cleaned properly.

Even though not everyone has the habit of doing it, it is advisable to clean the bottle to avoid the accumulation of germs, and thus prevent everything from mild symptoms such as nausea, upset stomach and headaches, to the flu, especially if mold appears somewhere on the plastic surface.

Bacteria can get into bottles through contact with your hands and mouth, as well as through the air itself. On the other hand, it is advisable to use bottles with a wide mouth, since they are much easier to clean. Even those that come with built-in straws work better, and contain less bacteria.
