The method is very simple, and it is recommended to carry it out after each use of the bottles. Additionally, you can wipe the mouth of the bottle with a paper towel after drinking to slow the growth of germs.

- Hot water.
- Cleaning solution or chlorine.
- Brush.
Procedure
- Handwashing.
- Separate all parts of the water bottle.
- Wash each piece individually, if there is more than one, with a cleaning solution (can be bleach) and hot water, using a clean brush.
- Let the bottle air dry.
