The latest collaboration between Matt Damon and Ben Affleck arrives at NetflixThe streaming service has acquired the rights to RIPthe thriller he directs Joe Carnahanas confirmed by the THR portal.
Damon and Affleck’s production company, Artists Equity, is behind the project.
Damon and Affleck will co-star in the film and also serve as producers. Plot details have not yet been revealed.
THR reported last month that the film package was being promoted in the city and that the project was aiming to film in the fall.

The two stars, who won Oscars for their work on the script for Good Will Huntingrecently co-starred together in Amazon’s Air Jordan-centric film, Airdirected by Affleck.
Damon and Affleck have also appeared together in films such as Dogma and The Last Dueland starred in a Dunkin’ Donuts commercial that aired during this year’s Super Bowl.
Other Artists Equity projects include Affleck’s sequel to The Accountant and Unstoppablestarring Jennifer Lopezboth landed at Amazon MGM Studios. Artists Equity, which was founded with the goal of offering profit-sharing to more cast and crew members, recently reached a deal with Lionsgate to distribute the drama Small Things Like Thesemade by Cillian Murphy.
