The former “Germany’s next top model” candidate Sarah Knappik (35) has reported back to her fans on Instagram after a long period of radio silence. Why it was last quiet about her: She and her daughter Marly had Corona!
“Hello my friends, I wish you a Happy New Year,” explains Knappik, who can be seen wearing a protective mask. “You haven’t heard from me for a long time because Corona brought me out of my life.” Even though she was vaccinated, she had “had a really shitty history”. “Well, I’ve already recovered, but it all left a bit of a mark,” she says.
In her opinion, a corona infection cannot be compared with “normal flu”. “Everyone who says that …”, Knappik shakes his head: “Coronavirus is the devil. I’ll tell you that.”

Knappik’s little daughter Marly, who was born in spring 2021, was also infected. “What should I tell you? You just have to stay optimistic and positive,” says the model. Im shared a photo with her baby showing both of them shortly after delivery. “I love you more than anything,” enthused the 35-year-old at the time.
