“Multiple sources confirm to PEOPLE that the 34-year-old Barbie star and her husband, Tom Ackerley, are expecting their first child,” the magazine reported.
The paparazzi captured the couple during their vacation in Lake Como, Italy, where she showed off her baby bump, which would confirm the pregnancy rumors.
