Football star Travis Kelce is making his Hollywood debut with his role in an upcoming Ryan Murphy series. He has now been spotted on set.
Superbowl winner Travis Kelce (34) is apparently currently working in Hollywood. As a source from film producer and actor Larry McGee reveals, Kelce was on the set of the series “Grotesquerie,” which is expected to be released this fall.

In the picture that McGee shows on his profile, he is standing arm in arm with the Kansas City Chiefs player. Kelce is wearing an unusual look, wearing tight jeans and a simple, tight-fitting top. His hair is also less messy than usual. In the caption of the post, McGee reveals that Kelce is on set and that in return he will be watching football next season.
What is already known
It was already leaked out a few weeks ago that the athlete will play a role in the new horror series by Ryan Murphy (58). At the beginning of May, it was announced that Kelce would be seen in the FX series. Lead actress Niecy Nash (54) also confirmed this in a May video in which she can be seen together with Kelce. She wrote: “Travis, welcome to Grotesquerie”. He has also been spotted on the set a few times.
Not much is known about the exact plot of the series, nor about the role the football star will play. However, in the clip Nash shared, he can be seen wearing a white uniform, suggesting he could play a nurse or doctor.
An acting debut?
Officially, the role in “Grotesquerie” will be his first appearance as an actor. However, he has already made his debut on the big stage elsewhere. His famous girlfriend, singer Taylor Swift (34), is currently on tour through Europe and her partner was seen in the audience at several shows. At one of her performances in London, Kelce then unexpectedly came on stage and performed a skit for one of Swift’s songs together.
Starting next weekend, however, the Kansas City player’s focus will be elsewhere. Kelce will go to training camp with his team to prepare for the upcoming NFL season.
