A new edition of the emblematic Chocolate Festival has arrived at Sofitel Recoleta. Those who wish to live an experience dedicated to the most refined chocolate, during these winter holidays and until August 31st,have the opportunity to enjoy an extensive buffet offering a wide variety of chocolate pieces, classic French pastries and various savoury options, accompanied by a selection of hot and cold drinks.

The renowned event began in June and continues every Saturday in July and August, from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., in the elegant dining room of the Alma restaurant. This winter, it invites you to enjoy the most exquisite patisserie creations, which not only stand out for their remarkable attention to detail, but also for being made with recognized techniques of international gastronomy, in a sophisticated and comfortable environment.


Some of the sweet creations to try include truffles, dulce de leche bonbons, chocolate sticks, chocolate alfajores, strawberry and lemon Petits Gâteaux, chocolate Petits Gâteaux, raspberry blondies, brownies, Nutella Lunettes, a variety of cookies and cheesecakes. In addition, you can enjoy savory options such as Shokupan sandwiches, cheese scones filled with tomato confit, basil and fontina, vegetable baos, bruschetta with avocado, cherry and mushroom cream, corn blinis, spinach with citrus cheese, smoked salmon, hummus, cheese and leek cream croquettes, vegetable wraps and thyme, cheese and smoked sirloin waffles.

The offer includes hot infusions, such as Nespresso coffee and Tehani loose leaf tea, non-alcoholic beverages and a glass of Chandon Cuvée Brut Nature. Attendance at the event is available only with advance reservation and pre-payment of the entrance fee, which costs $48,000 per adult and $42,000 for children up to 12 years old.
