- 2 cups of lentils
- 500 grams of roast beef
- 1 chorizo
- 1 large potato
- 1 large carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 tomato

- 1 tablespoon parsley
- Ketchup
- A splash of oil
- 1 liter of meat or vegetable broth
Preparation
These are the steps to follow for this recipe:
- Soak the lentils for 8 hours and wash in plenty of water.
- Chop the onion and bell pepper and cut the carrot and potato into cubes. Cut the meat.
