Born in 2012, the event became a reference of Santa Fe culture and brings together regional and national leaders from the gastronomic scene and the world of beer, wine and cocktails, renewing winter flavours and textures every year.
The 11th edition of the festival will feature a musical lineup headed by Benito Cerati, Music to fly and The Little Guys, as well as prominent regional artists.
For its part, fine cuisine will be well represented with master classes on Valentin “Cook” Grimaldi, Leandro “Lele” Cristobal and Roberto Petersen.
Gastronomic and beer offerings at El Invernal
Local and regional cuisine will be present at more than 16 stands with more than 60 proposals to try: fire pits, delicacies on the grill and different dishes make up a wide variety to help you get through the cold and accompany it with different types of drinks.

More than 50 styles of industrial and craft beers will be part of the offer, as well as wine, spirits and vermouth, and even cocktails in all their expression.
There will also be a dozen cooking master classes and children’s shows with hot chocolate to share with children, pet-friendly spaces and chill-out areas complete the El Invernal proposal, which is celebrating its 11th edition.
Tickets and schedules
The event, which since 2012 has maintained an innovative and sustainable imprint, made winter fashionable in Santa Fe. Advance tickets are now on sale at Platea VIP.
Advance tickets cost $4,500 for Friday the 19th starting at 6 p.m. and Sunday the 21st starting at 2 p.m. On Saturday, the price is $6,000 starting at 2 p.m.
Admission is free on Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 2 pm, and also for children under 16 years of age, who must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Pets are allowed; the festival is pet friendly.
The Invernal is organized by Beer Fest Group, an initiative of Gabriel Andruszczyszyn and Martín Mazzuca Vidal, local leaders in beer and gastronomy in Santa Fe.
