What is the Working Holiday visa to emigrate to New Zealand from Argentina?
The New Zealand Working Holiday visa is valid for 12 months. That is, they can live and work in this country for one year at a time. You must be at most 35 years old to apply for it.
To know when your visa becomes effective, you must take into account that:
- From the day you receive the email with your visa approval, you have one year to travel and activate it.
- From the day they enter New Zealand and their visa is activated, they have one year to remain in the country.

What are the requirements to apply for a Working Holiday visa in New Zealand from Argentina?
-Have a passport from the country under which you are applying, which is valid for at least three months after your planned departure from New Zealand (although when you apply, they will require a passport valid for 15 months after your estimated travel date to New Zealand, as they cannot specify how long you will be there, but it is assumed that it will be one year). This is important because if your passport expires before then, you will not be able to apply, because the system will not let you continue. - Be between 18 and 35 years of age at the time of applying for the visa.
- Meet New Zealand’s behavioral requirements. You will be asked this when you fill out the visa application form.
- Do not travel with children or dependents. The visa is individual.
- The main reason for the trip must be to travel to New Zealand on vacationwith work or study being of a secondary nature (this does not really matter much, you will be able to work for the 12 months of the visa if you want, except for Spaniards who can work for up to 6 months maximum).

- Pay the tariff corresponding to the visa, which has a value of NZD 455 (USD 274.81).
- Pay IVL (tax on conservation and tourism of international visitors)) before travelling. Cost: NZD 35 (USD 21.14) IMPORTANT: This cost is already included when you pay for the visa. You do not need to process or pay it to the NZeTA (New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority).
