TACC-free chipá recipe
Ingredients
- 300 g of butter.
- 600 g of cheese.
- 4 eggs.
- 600 g of Parmesan cheese.
- 1 kg of cassava flour.
- A pinch of salt.
- 1 splash of milk.
Preparation
- Form a ring on a counter with 1 kg of cassava flour, then sprinkle with 1 pinch of salt.
- Cut the cheese into cubes and grate the Parmesan cheese.
- Pour 4 eggs, 300 g of butter, 600 g of fresh cheese and 600 g of Parmesan cheese into the centre.
- Mix by hand from the center to the edges until you obtain a smooth, non-stick dough (if necessary, add a splash of milk).
- Form balls of the desired size and uniformity. Place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
