Jennifer Lopez (54) celebrated a “Bridgerton” party in the Hamptons shortly before her 55th birthday. While her mother was among the guests, there was once again no sign of her husband Ben Affleck (51).
Guests came in historical ball gowns
The singer and actress celebrates her 55th birthday on July 24th. She got ready for her special day last weekend. As photos showed, the pre-birthday party on Saturday, July 20th, had a special theme. Numerous guests were photographed upon their arrival in ball gowns in the style of the Netflix series “Bridgerton”, including Lopez’s mother, Guadalupe Rodríguez (78), who was seen in a blue dress with white lace details.
Before her party, Lopez shared on Instagram. Alongside three selfies, she wrote that it was going to be “a great day” and wished her followers a “happy Saturday.”
He was also not present at the birthday lunch
Ben Affleck was not seen that evening – or at lunch the next day. , the singer continued the celebrations for her 55th birthday on Sunday with family and friends in the Hamptons. At lunch at “Arthur & Sons”, Lopez was photographed with her two children, her long-time manager and her sister.
Last year, the singer celebrated with her husband at home “with our closest family and friends,” as she announced via Instagram. At the time, the singer wrote that she was “extremely grateful to be where I am today at this point in my life’s journey, with so many wonderful, caring people with whom I can share everything.”
There have been rumors of a marital crisis for months. Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have appeared alone at important events in recent weeks. They did not see each other on their second wedding anniversary on July 16th either.
