Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay are the strains that the winery, located in Agrelo, has been working with and studying for more than 25 years. These were the three strains selected for the initial creation of the line, and they are the same ones that are now evolving in this new presentation.
“This new Bramare vintage is the result of the hard work that has been done at Viña Cobos for the past 25 years. We value vineyards that, thanks to the joint work with the producers, enhance not only their quality, but also the characteristics that they can contribute to the wine,” said Diana Fornasero, the winery’s First Oenologist and Production Manager. She then added: “We constantly explore and search for vineyards in the different sub-regions, so that in the final blend each of them reflects its characteristics and the appellation is fully expressed.”
