Rapper Snoop Dogg has four children and, according to his own statements, twelve grandchildren. Now he tells us how his grandchildren have changed him as a person and which cartoon character they named him after.
US rapper Snoop Dogg raves about his grandchildren. “Having children was the best experience I’ve ever had, but having grandchildren is even better,” the 52-year-old told the US portal “Access Hollywood”. As a grandfather, he can “make up for all the mistakes I made as a father.”
His grandchildren call him “Papa Snoop,” explained the “Drop it like it’s hot” rapper. “Like ‘Papa Smurf’.” The children make him a better person because he wants to be better for the next generation through them, he said.
The rapper, who will be commentating on the Olympic Games in Paris for the US broadcaster NBC, has three sons and a daughter. Last January he told the “Jennifer Hudson Show” that he has a total of twelve grandchildren.
