The fifth season of “Beauty & The Nerd” is taking shape: ProSieben announces the first four beauties.
On August 15, 2024, ProSieben will again form eight teams, each consisting of a smart but socially incompatible man and a pretty but supposedly superficial woman. “Beauty & The Nerd” is entering its fifth season. The broadcaster has now announced the first four “Beautys”.
At 30 years old, Babu is the senior of the season so far. As the owner of a beauty salon, she is very familiar with beauty topics. She loves luxury, which she works hard for, according to the broadcaster. Babu says she has a good feel for shy people and wants to stand behind her nerd 100 percent. She took part in “Temptation Island VIP” in 2023 as a “seductress”.
Experienced reality beauties and a newcomer
As a master hairdresser, Shelly (25) is also a professional beauty practitioner. Like Babu, she owns her own salon. Shelly wants a “sweet nerd”. She unsuccessfully looked for a partner on “Are You the One” in 2024.
Nelly (22), on the other hand, is new to the reality business. As a beauty influencer, she loves to travel around the world, she hates gossip and people who put themselves in the spotlight. Then welcome to TV!
At 20 years old, Vanessa is the youngest of the first four beauties. The content creator appears in front of the camera for music videos, for example for successful rapper Apache 207 (26). The party lover wants to infect her nerd with her self-confidence.
Beauties meet “roller coaster and shipping nerds”
The names of the beauties’ male counterparts have not yet been decided. However, ProSieben has already given a taste of their hobbies. “Rollercoaster nerd, craft nerd, film nerd, trading card nerd, IT nerd, medieval nerd, science nerd and shipping nerd” are among them.
The six episodes of the fifth season air every Thursday at 8:15 p.m. on linear television. They are also available on the streaming platform Joyn.
