Pietro Lombardi’s (32) heavily pregnant fiancée Laura Maria Rypa is in the hospital. In her Instagram stories, she writes to her followers: “As you know, I’m not feeling so well. I’ve actually been in the hospital since yesterday and was just too exhausted to get in touch.” She added: “Unfortunately, some complications have arisen, it’s the same case as with Leano.” Laura Maria Rypa and Pietro Lombardi’s first son was born six weeks early in January 2023.
