The actor shared on social media that he consumed more than 8,000 calories as part of his process to get back into the role of Wolverine. However, his diet was accompanied by a great medical team and trained chefs, since it must be taken into account that Jackman is 55 years old and that consuming that amount of calories would not be healthy for anyone who does not go through the process with someone else.
The calorie intakewhich totals 8,300, is distributed as follows according to the content of each box:
- Black sea bass with vegetarian rice and herb sauce: 2,000 calories
- Salmon with potatoes and spicy sauce: 2,100 calories
- Two servings of chicken burgers with sweet potatoes: 1,000 calories each
