After organizing 10 editions worldwideand by the hand of the sommelier Paz Levinsonon Thursday, August 1st, at Casa Cavia, Argentina Reloaded arrivesa series of events that fuses the most innovative wines from Argentina with international haute cuisine.
After passing through various cities in Europe, Asia and America, he finally arrived in the Argentine capital. He had previously been to London on three occasions and then to Burgundy, Oslo, Trondheim, Växjö, Valencia, Beijing, Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
Argentina Reloaded will be part of the activities planned by Casa Cavia, throughout 2024, for its 10th anniversary. It is in this context, precisely, that the distinguished restaurant, Located at Cavia 2985, Palermo, La Cava has just openedon the first floor of the traditional Palermo mansion.
What is Argentina Reloaded about?
To highlight this new space, welcomes Levinson, who honors Argentine wine with his proposalThis project aims to focus on the importance of diversity, sustainability and coherence in Argentine viticulture. To do so, it brings together winemakers and producers committed to this novel point of view.

Sommelier Paz Levinson is in charge of guiding participants in this experience.
In order to spread the wine panorama and highlight the connection between the various actors in the industry, highlighting the diversity of Argentine wine, they carry out technical tastings and events open to the public.
It should be noted that this is a self-managed initiative, which seeks to transcend individual or political interests, with the sole objective of promote a new image of Argentine viticulture. Levinson notes: “We hope that Argentina Reloaded will help spread and generate lasting relationships, as a starting point for to be able to tell of the potential that Argentina has today as a producer.”
Satisfied with what has been achieved so far and excited about what is to come, Levinson is clear: “Today, many producers are telling a different story than the one we knew. This event aims to crystallize that vision, putting this new version on the map. Sharing a work table with producers and different actors from each market is a very pleasant mission. I will not stop until Argentine wines appear on the menus of all Michelin-starred restaurants around the world.”
Agenda of activities
Since the morning of Thursday, August 1st, Casa Cavia will become a real wine fairwith More than 70 labels to tastein a Guided tour by Paz Levinson and the producers who will accompany her. This activity, which will take place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., It will consist of a tasting and meeting of wines and producers.
Then, at 12:30 there will be a “wine fair & lunch experience”with a lunch menu Designed by the Chef Julieta Carusowhich will begin with snacks during the fair and continue with 3 courses in the garden and a pairing of 9 wines (price per person, with pairing included: $150,000 per person).

The event seeks to promote the national wine industry.
Finally, from 19:30 it will be the turn of the “signature wine dinner” also in charge of chef Caruso. It is expected to start with an aperitif in what is one of the most elegant bars in Buenos Aires and will continue with a free tasting of glassesoffered by the sommelier.
Next, it will be the turn of the 7-course menu, accompanied by a wine service designed and directed by Levinson herself together with the Casa Cavia team of sommeliers (price of the service with high-end pairing included: $350,000 per person; upgrade option for unique bottle pairing: $100,000 per person).
While the fair is exclusively for specialists, the other two events are open to the public.
