The cast and crew of the upcoming prequel series Item, Welcome to Derryare ready to move on to the next job. Posting the exciting news on his social media account, the project’s co-showrunner, executive producer and co-writer, Jason Fuchsshared a full update with a photo from the set.

The image shows Fuchs’ production chair with his name on the back along with a self-explanatory red balloon and a pair of headphones hanging off the side. In the caption, he wrote:


“237 days of filming later… That’s the final image of this season of “Welcome to Derry”. Surreal. What an adventure! I can’t wait for you to see this.”

Fuchs, who started with the franchise as a co-producer on 2019’s It Chapter Two, has been involved from the beginning, along with Andy Muschiettiwho directed the recent pair of feature films.
One person who said he wouldn’t be involved in the origin story of Derry’s demonic clown was the face behind Pennywise in the Muschietti film series, Bill Skarsgårdbut it has been known since May that he will finally be back. This marks the return of the Swede to streaming television after starring in the Hulu series, ”Castle Rock’
