Harrison Ford He claimed that he acts like “an idiot for money” in the upcoming film Marvel Captain America: A New World.
The actor of Star Wars and Indiana Jones will make his debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as U.S. President Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross, who transforms into the Red Hulk.
Speaking to Variety, Ford said that the Red Hulk portion of his role, which involved the use of motion capture, It mainly consisted of him doing silly things in front of the camera..
Asked how he prepared for the role, Ford replied: “I had to be a little bit blasé. I had to be a jerk for money, which I’ve done before.” However, Ford insisted he wasn’t criticising the upcoming blockbuster.
“I don’t discredit him”he continued. “I’m just saying that you have to do certain things that normally your mother wouldn’t want you to do, or your acting coach, if you had one. But it’s fun and I enjoyed it. I had a blast and I’m thrilled with the response we got to the trailer.”

Xosha Roquemore, Seth Rollins and Rosa Salazar also appear in the cast.
The film is directed by Julius Onah (The Cloverfield Paradox) and is written by Malcolm Spellman and Dalan Musson (The Falcon And The Winter Solider), as well as Matthew Orton (Moon Night).
Captain America: A New World will be released in theaters on February 13, 2025.
