Zac Efron was hospitalized in Spain after a swimming accident in his pool. Now his spokesperson has given the all-clear.
There was great concern when Zac Efron’s (36) swimming accident during his holiday in Spain was first reported a few hours ago. The actor is said to have been found in the swimming pool of his villa in Ibiza by two employees “and pulled out of the water”. Now his spokesman can give the all-clear.
“He’s fine”
According to the report, Efron was taken to hospital on Friday evening (August 2) as a precautionary measure, but left the following morning. “He is fine,” it was “a minor swimming accident.” No further details about the accident or possible injuries are known.
The actor is currently taking a break from filming. Most recently, he was on a promotional tour for his new Netflix film “A Family Affair” with Nicole Kidman (57) and Joey King (25). Afterwards, the “High School Musical” star went on holiday in Europe.
Holidays in Europe
Like many of his Hollywood colleagues, Efron traveled to Saint-Tropez, Mykonos and Paris this year. Efron is currently apparently living in a luxury villa in Ibiza.
