On August 3, football legend Tom Brady gave an insight into his family life for his 47th birthday. The former NFL star gave a life update in the form of a few photos with his children. “Here’s to making 47 our best year yet,” he said, wishing for the coming years.
“What a special year”
In his post, the father of three reminisced. “The lost files of 46,” he captioned the series of images. “What a special year with these wonderful children, the best family and the best friends anyone could ask for,” he said of his life. “And with all of you,” added the former American football professional, referring to his almost 15 million followers.
In the snapshots, Brady and his children are doing sporty things, as is customary in their profession. One photo shows him and his daughter Vivian (11) jumping off a cliff. Brady took a selfie on a grandstand with her brother Benjamin (14). The two children are from his marriage to ex-wife Gisele Bündchen (44). In another photo, he and his 16-year-old son Jack, whom he had with actress Bridget Moynahan (53), pose on the golf course. He remembers other moments together with photos of himself and his children fishing and in Paris.
“Calm down”
The post ends with a shirtless selfie of the professional athlete on a boat. In the caption, he jokingly added: “Plus, you’re allowed to post a selfie on your birthday, relax everyone.” Female fans were delighted in the comments. “Happy birthday! And from all the moms: thank you for the selfie! You help us keep our husbands in the gym,” joked one follower.
