A few months after his divorce, Joe Manganiello sends congratulations to his new girlfriend. He is said to already be living with her.
Half a year after his divorce, Joe Manganiello (47) has publicly congratulated his new partner Caitlin O’Connor (35) on her birthday. “Happy birthday,” the actor wrote on Saturday and added a few heart emojis to the greetings. In February, his marriage to “Modern Family” star Sofía Vergara (52) officially ended.
Still freshly in love
“The world tour continues,” wrote the “Magic Mike” actor on the photos of the new woman at his side. He was alluding to their trips together. In June they traveled to Helsinki for a Metallica concert, as O’Connor revealed on Friday. The couple’s liaison is not even a year old: In September 2023, the couple was spotted together for the first time. Three months later, they appeared together for the first time at a gala.
The photos of the birthday post prove that O’Connor was not only fond of Manganiello but also of his dog. In several pictures they are shown as a trio with the Chihuahua Bubbles. In one clip the dog licks the presenter’s face, which makes her laugh. Vergara gave the dog to her ex-husband after the divorce.
Should already live together
The actor couple are said to have moved in together in February. According to the insider, their old hometown of Pittsburgh has brought them together. In addition to their roots, their shared passion for traveling is a connecting factor.
Manganiello and Vergara divorced amicably at the beginning of the year. The actress said in an interview that her ex-husband’s desire to have children was the reason for the marriage ending. Manganiello, on the other hand, told him that it was just “two people growing apart”. His ex-wife is currently said to be in a relationship with orthopedic surgeon Justin Saliman.
