Clea-Lacy Juhn: She is back home after giving birth

Although Clea-Lacy Juhn was not yet allowed to take her twins home, the new mother was now allowed to leave the clinic herself.

Former “Bachelor” winner Clea-Lacy Juhn (33) has been a mother to twin sons for almost two weeks. But the birth was anything but easy: the expectant mother had to spend several weeks in hospital beforehand and her two newborns have been in the premature baby ward since they were born by Caesarean section. The new mother has now been allowed to leave the hospital for the first time and is back home.

Clea-Lacy Juhns “Pain gets better”

While she films herself in the mirror, Juhn says: “Yes, you see correctly. I’m at home. I’ve been discharged from the hospital.” After the Caesarean section, she was still in the hospital as a patient and then as a companion to her twins, explains the 33-year-old. She also gives an update on her health: “I’m getting better every day. The pain is getting better.”

Her two young sons are still in the hospital, but the outlook is good: “It looks like they’ll be coming home soon,” said Juhn. She wants to use the time to settle in and prepare the home for the twins. Afterwards, the new mom went to the supermarket alone for the first time and then to the hospital to see her sons.

Twins were born in the 34th week of pregnancy

Clea-Lacy Juhn announced the birth of the twins on July 27th. She can be seen in a hospital bed with the two babies on her chest and the children’s father kissing her on the forehead. A short time later, the news came: The boys, named Misah and Mika, were born in the 34th week of pregnancy, each weighing 2,200 grams and measuring 45 cm. They did not require any ventilation support. “Both are coping with everything more than brilliantly,” said Juhn. “We are the proudest parents ever and couldn’t be happier.”

Juhn had already had to deal with hardships in the run-up to the birth: an operation that was carried out before birth due to the babies’ different development rates was successful. However, due to further problems, there was still concern about a premature birth and Juhn had to stay in hospital for weeks to be on the safe side.

Clea-Lacy Juhn became famous through the RTL dating show “The Bachelor”. In 2017, she received the last rose from “Bachelor” Sebastian Pannek (38), but after about a year and a half the two separated. After a relationship with Sky presenter Riccardo Basile (32), she married the father of her twin sons in 2023.
