Apparently it could not be avoided after all: Kida Khodr Ramadan, known from the series “4 Blocks”, has started his prison sentence.
He resisted for a long time, but apparently without success: “4 Blocks” star Kida Khodr Ramadan (47) began his prison sentence this week. The Berlin actor turned himself in and has been in open custody since Monday (5 August). The Berlin public prosecutor’s office confirmed a corresponding report from the dpa to the news agency spot on news.
Driving without a license
According to the report, Ramadan had tried to avoid a prison sentence until recently, but without success. The 47-year-old had already been sentenced to ten months’ probation in 2022 for driving without a license several times and then again in February 2024 – without probation. In total, he is said to have been caught driving without a license 33 times.
As the report goes on to say, Ramadan received a summons to begin his prison sentence at the beginning of the year, which he resisted using various means. In July, the public prosecutor’s office summoned him to begin his sentence immediately within fourteen days.
