Kim Kardashian: Injunction against stalker requested

Kim Kardashian wants to get a restraining order against a stalker. The man was recently harassing Emma Roberts.

Kim Kardashian (43) has taken legal action against an alleged stalker, citing the relevant court documents. According to the report, this is the same man who had been stalking actress Emma Roberts (33) until a few weeks ago. She was also able to enforce a restraining order that is valid for five years.

He previously broke into Emma Roberts’s house

The stalker is said to have first harassed Emma Roberts on May 7 or 8 when he gained access to her house while she was out. He then used her landline phone to call her private cell phone number and also harassed her with text messages.

“During the conversation, I realized the caller was a stranger and he confirmed he was still in my apartment,” Roberts said in court documents. Despite the police being called immediately, he was able to evade arrest.

After Emma Roberts, Kim Kardashian was his new target

According to Emma Roberts, the 32-year-old apparently took on Kris Jenner (68), Kim Kardashian’s mother – albeit unknowingly. According to “TMZ”, he told the security guards outside Jenner’s house that he thought Kim was at home. He claimed that he was her “long-time manager” and had a date with her.

She hopes for an injunction

According to the report, in July he showed up at Kim Kardashian’s house in Malibu, where he tried to jump over the fence. In the court documents, the 43-year-old explains that her home is not easy to find and her address is not public knowledge, which shows how far he is willing to go. Emma Roberts also warned her about the man in a phone call. She now wants to obtain a restraining order against him.
