Gisele Bündchen on Father’s Day: Emotional declaration of love to her dad

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen (44) made a sweet declaration of love to her father Valdir Bündchen for Brazilian Father’s Day. She posted a series of photos showing her together with her father and other family members.

“Happy Father’s Day to all fathers, but especially to my dad,” she begins her post. “I am indescribably grateful to have you as our base, our guide, our role model. Your resilience and the way you approach life with curiosity and dedication are so inspiring. Today, more than ever, I want to give you a big hug and tell you how much I love you. How lucky we are to have you as a father! I love you, dad!” In Brazil, Father’s Day is traditionally celebrated on the second Sunday in August.

Gisele Bündchen’s mother died in January

Gisele Bündchen’s mother Vânia Nonnenmacher can also be seen in some of the photos in the picture carousel. She died on January 28th at the age of 75 from the effects of cancer.

The photos from Bündchen’s latest post show just how big the former Victoria’s Secret angel’s family is. Gisele has a twin sister named Patricia and four other sisters: Raquel and Graziela are her older sisters, while Gabriela and Rafaela are the youngest in the bunch.

Gisele Bündchen has been working successfully as a model since 1997. She is best known for her work for the underwear brand “Victoria’s Secret”. She worked for the label from 1999 to 2006. In the “The Icon” campaign in 2023, she worked with the lingerie manufacturer again. Bündchen has two children with her ex-husband Tom Brady (46). She was married to the former American football player from 2009 to 2022.
