In Mexico, for example, Inside Out 2 was released in theaters on June 13, becoming the #1 film in the industry just three weeks later: today, 25.4 million people have enjoyed the film, which has grossed $101.7 million at the box office to date in that country. Likewise, this milestone was reached less than a month after its release in Brazil, where the film has already surpassed 21.9 million viewers and $79.3 million at the box office to date.
Inside Out 2 once again delves into the mind of newly minted teenager Riley just as headquarters is undergoing a sudden demolition to make way for something entirely unexpected: new emotions! Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust, who have been running a successful operation for a long time, aren’t sure how to feel when Anxiety, Envy, Ennui and Shame show up.
