Federal Agriculture Minister Cem Özdemir (Greens) has a woman at his side again. The constituency office of the Green politician confirmed the relationship. According to reports, the woman is Flavia Zaka, a 38-year-old lawyer from Canada.
Özdemir and his new love met at the end of 2023 and have been a couple since the beginning of this year, a friend of the minister said, according to the newspaper. “They also get along very well with Cem’s former wife.”

At the “Jazz Open” festival in Stuttgart, the 58-year-old politician introduced his new love – including ballet star Eric Gauthier. He told the “Stuttgarter Zeitung”: “She is very nice and you can really feel how happy she and Cem Özdemir are.”
According to the newspaper report, before studying law and politics, Zaka worked as a project manager for an initiative to combat human trafficking in Ontario. She also studied at the University of Konstanz.
