Pietro Lombardi has hinted on Instagram that he can’t wait for his third son to be born.
Pietro Lombardi (32) and his fiancée, Laura Maria Rypa (28), are currently expecting their second child together – with emphasis on “waiting”. Because the father is apparently getting a little impatient. On August 20, he published a clip on Instagram in which his Laura can be seen undergoing an examination. “When is my son finally coming?” asks Lombardi.
And mom Laura also apparently wants to hold the little one in her arms as soon as possible. “I can hardly wait for our ‘soon’ to become ‘finally’ and for us to be able to hold you in our arms,” she wrote at the beginning of August, proudly showing off her baby bump.
The two are already parents of little Leano (1), who was born in early 2023. In January 2024, the couple confirmed that a second child was on the way – and in April it was announced that they were having another boy. For Lombardi, it is already the third child. He also has his son Alessio (9) from a previous marriage to Sarah Engels (31).
Concern for the second child of Pietro and his Laura
The couple’s almost 2.9 million followers are certainly hoping that everything goes well with the upcoming birth. Rypa announced in July that she was in hospital. “Unfortunately, some complications have arisen, it’s the same case as with Leano,” she wrote at the time. The couple’s first son was born six weeks early.
The risk that their second child would be born before the 34th week of pregnancy was too high, which is why she was given medication, among other things. “It was all so unexpected, the pregnancy went smoothly the whole time and was very nice up until now,” she explained in her stories.
