Two years after they got married, the singer and actress Jennifer Lopez filed for divorce from the actor and director Ben Affleck. The couple of Hollywood there was revived the romance which was on the front page of all the newspapers in the early 2000s.
Lopez filed the divorce papers Tuesday in a Los Angeles courtroom, TMZ reported. Neither celebrity commented on the matter.
The marriage was the fourth for the singer-turned-actress, 55, and the second for Affleck, an actor, director and producer, 52. Lopez was previously married to actor Ojani Noawith the dancer Chris Judd and the singer Marc Anthonywith whom he had twins Max and Emme. Affleck, for his part, was previously married to the actress Jennifer Garnerwith whom he has three children: Violet, Seraphina and Samuel.
