As a podiatrist, I can tell you that women have feet that are just as bad, and in this respect there is equality. Women just hide them more than men. It’s like a big belly: while women tend to hide it out of vanity, men show it off.
Why do so many people not take care of their feet?
Everything that is far away from the upper body is easily forgotten. But it also has to do with how we grew up. What do we learn about feet as children? They smell, are disgusting and come in socks.
