Comeback tour: Oasis announces more concerts in Great Britain for 2025

The reunion of Oasis is causing a hype, and the demand for tickets is “unprecedented” according to the band. The Britpop band is now taking this into account.

In view of the immense interest in their comeback, the Britpop band Oasis has announced three more performances in the summer of 2025. The group around the brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher will give an additional concert in their hometown of Manchester on July 16, at London’s Wembley Stadium on July 30 and in the Scottish capital Edinburgh on August 12. Songwriter and guitarist Noel Gallagher justified the move to X with “unprecedented demand”.

A total of 15 shows are planned in Great Britain: 5 each in Manchester and London, 3 in Edinburgh and 2 in the Welsh capital Cardiff. The band will also be appearing in the Irish capital Dublin on 16 and 17 August, as was already announced. Advance tickets sales begin this Saturday.

There is still speculation about a larger tour, for example through North America. “There are plans to take Oasis Live ’25 to other continents outside of Europe over the course of next year,” the group’s website states, referring to the name of the tour.

Oasis announced their reunion on Tuesday. The comeback comes almost exactly 15 years after the Gallagher brothers had a bitter falling out, and 30 years after the release of their first album “Definitely Maybe”.
