Jungle legend Georgina Fleur: “I will be seen more again”

Georgina Fleur is the winner of the Allstar Jungle Camp. The mother of a three-year-old daughter has already benefited from this.

Georgina Fleur (34) has won the summer edition of the RTL show “I’m a Star – Showdown of the Jungle Legends” () and secured 100,000 euros. In the last test, she beat Kader Loth (51). Gigi Birofio (25) came in third. In an interview with the news agency spot on news, she reveals why the former “Bachelor” candidate and scandal-monger wanted to come first, what she is particularly happy about and what plans she has now.

When did you realize that you could win?

Georgina Fleur: I wanted to win from the beginning. I really wanted to do it for my daughter. That was what drove me – and that’s why my motivation was so high. Now that the show has been broadcast, everything is heating up again and I’m so happy that I really won. All the positive feedback from viewers also makes me happy.

Gigi Birofio accused you and the runner-up Kader Loth of being too lazy to become jungle legends. What do you think about that?

Georgina Fleur: Oh, Gigi is still young and inexperienced. I think I really deserve it. Because I stood up against bullying in the camp, which is very important to me. I openly said what I thought about everything and showed that I had changed for the better since 2013 in Australia.

What did you think about the last test, the food test?

Georgina Fleur: It was really bad, it was a total horror. The problem was that my stomach was so small after all those days and I couldn’t really eat much. So that was a huge challenge for me.

Do you still have nightmares about it?

Georgina Fleur: No, not about that. I have more nightmares about other things in the camp.

Which ones, for example?

Georgina Fleur: From these endless discussions that were also shown on the show. That really got on my nerves.

Was that your biggest challenge of the show?

Georgina Fleur: The worst thing for me was not being able to see my daughter for so long. We had never been apart for so long and I missed her all the time. That’s why I was so emotional the whole time. After the victory, I immediately got on a plane and flew to her. Being able to hold her in my arms again was the best thing.

Do you still want to invest the prize money for your daughter?

Georgina Fleur: Yes, I put every cent aside so that she can get a good education later.

Will the victory bring you something for your future – besides the financial cushion?

Georgina Fleur: Definitely! It gave me a lot of self-confidence. And I know that my daughter is proud of me too. We watched the episodes on TV and she couldn’t believe that I was suddenly on there. It was the first format that I had done since she was born.

Have you now received further job offers?

Georgina Fleur: You’re never allowed to talk about new projects. But I can already reveal that I will definitely be seen more than in previous years. I also do a little reality show every day on my Instagram page.

You have been living in Dubai since the end of 2020. Do you want to stay there or are you moving back to Germany?

Georgina Fleur: I am so happy here, it really is my happy place. I also missed Dubai in South Africa a lot and was happy when I was able to return. Of course, Germany is my home, but Dubai is now my home.
