The presence of the stands of former members of the board of directors along the route, such as Andrés von Buch, Alejandro Corres, Andreas Keller and Luis Inceraamong others who created the best editions of a fair that has been running for more than 30 years with repeated ups and downs, brought up the great theme of the objectives of the arteBA Foundation. Firstly, the possibility of becoming the springboard for the take-off of Argentine art can once again become a reality..
Furthermore, the donation from the Lapachos Holding Group made it possible to purchase several paintings by the Tucuman artist. Sandro Pereira at The White Lodge gallery. Although the Museum Acquisition Program with the support of the Zurich company was never suspended, in this edition the arrival of the Reina Sofía of Spain, financed by the Argentine Foreign Ministry Agency, gained strength, which purchased a work by Londaiberewhile the Museum of Art Center Dos de Mayo in Madrid took a series of “Drawings of strength” of Veronica Meloniand the Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona chose “Oruguism” of Rosario Zorraquin.
