The guessing game about Heidi Klum’s Halloween outfit has begun – now she presents a first look at the work on her costume.
Heidi Klum (51) has just celebrated the 35th birthday of her husband Tom Kaulitz and his twin brother Bill with a lavish party. But the event on September 1st is barely over and all signs are pointing to Klum’s most important day of the year: Halloween.
Year after year, the mystery surrounding her costume triggers a huge hype – so it’s logical that she’s already giving fans clues. The model has now given the first glimpse of what will surely be another elaborate costume. The short clip shows a round, modeled shape, similar to a tank, with spikes and two leg holes. “Heidi Halloween is starting to take shape,” Klum wrote mysteriously, adding two ghost emojis.
It’s a partner costume again
So either Heidi Klum or her husband will be climbing into a hard shell with a big belly on October 31st. The head judge of “Germany’s Next Top Model” has already revealed that her Halloween costume is also a partner costume this year, so the couple’s outfits complement each other. There is also another clue: “I see a hint of what will happen on October 31st,” she said about the photo of a glass eye.
Since 2018, the couple have dressed up in matching costumes at every party: They have appeared in the combination of ogre Fiona and Shrek, alien (Klum) and bloody astronaut (Kaulitz), and fisherman (Kaulitz) and oversized worm (Klum). Last year, Heidi Klum broke all boundaries again as a glittering peacock with human feathers made of Cirque du Soleil dancers, accompanied by an XXL peacock egg (Kaulitz).
Klum is “the Queen of Halloween”
Heidi Klum has been celebrating her legendary Halloween party with numerous star guests since 2000, and in 2018 she was officially named “Queen of Halloween” by the Halloween Association. Over the years, she has transformed herself into various creatures, including Cleopatra, a colorful butterfly, and a crow.
Several months of preparation go into her costumes – Klum revealed that she will start planning for the coming year on November 1st. In the final stretch of Halloween, several costume designers work day and night on the costumes to best realize the hostess’ vision. The secret of the final look will only be revealed on Halloween night.
