AFIP announced new measures regarding companies aimed at protecting employees.
The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) It is responsible for the application, collection and inspection of national taxes, social security resources and the control of foreign trade activities, with the objective of managing and regulating the tax system.
In this regard, the organization led by Florencia Misrahi updated and optimized the loading of data related to Workers’ Compensation Insurance Companies (ART) which must be completed by employers through a sworn statement.

New changes in the ART by AFIP in September 2024
The AFIP automated the calculation of the fixed amount corresponding to the Occupational Disease Trust Fund (FFEP)which makes it easier for taxpayers and responsible parties to comply with their obligations to the tax authorities.
Likewise, employers must report only the components exclusively derived from the contractwhich are the rate percentage and the contractual fixed amount, if applicable.
