Who can apply for a refund of the single tax?
To be able to request this benefit, certain requirements must be met:
- All fees must be up to date and must have been paid electronically and issued through “Online Receipts” or “Mobile Billing”.
- Be registered in the AFIP “Electronic Tax Address” service.
- Have the recategorization done in a timely manner.
