Stefan Raab wants to announce at a press conference what kind of TV shows he will be doing again. This makes his TV comeback perfect.
Presenter and entertainer Stefan Raab has announced a comeback on television after a break of almost nine years. “I’ve thought about doing shows again,” said the 57-year-old Raab on Saturday evening in Düsseldorf after a boxing exhibition match against Regina Halmich on the RTL television channel. “It starts next week.” He is currently giving information about his plans at a press conference.
Raab lost the fight clearly on points against the former world boxing champion. When the third fight between Halmich and Raab was announced, there had already been speculation that the presenter, who had been successful for many years with “TV total” on ProSieben, could return to the screen. He had retired at his own request at the end of 2015.
Stefan Raab will probably be at RTL in the future
According to an industry service, Raab’s production company has already signed a multi-year contract with RTL worth 90 million euros for shows. Raab wanted to announce further details about his comeback on Sunday night.
