Ben Affleck (52) and Jennifer Lopez (55) have apparently been out and about with their children despite filing for divorce. The ex-couple were photographed together at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles on Saturday (September 14). According to the report, this is the first time that the two stars have appeared in public with their children since Lopez filed for divorce from the actor at the end of August.
Affleck and Lopez are seen standing outside the hotel and then walking inside together. He wore blue jeans and a blue shirt, as well as dark sunglasses, while Lopez appeared in a black long-sleeved crop top, dark jeans, and light sunglasses.
The two were also photographed together in a black car, with Affleck behind the wheel and his still-wife in the passenger seat. The family trip together has already led to speculation in the US media about a possible love comeback between the two…
Divorce in progress
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were already a couple in the early 2000s, but they had broken off their original engagement at that time. Many years and two marriages later, they got together again and married in the summer of 2022. Affleck previously married fellow actress Jennifer Garner (52) in 2005, with whom he has three children Violet (18), Fin (15) and Samuel (12). Lopez, on the other hand, married her then new partner Marc Anthony (55) in 2004 and became the mother of twins Max and Emme (16).
As US media unanimously reported, Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck in August and set the date of separation as April 26, 2024. There had been much speculation in recent months about relationship problems between the two.
