Ingredients
- 1 bunch of beet leaves
- 2 green onions
- 150 gr of premixed flour (or rice flour)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Milk quantity needed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Neutral oil for frying (corn, sunflower or premix)
Preparation
- Finely chop the raw beet greens and microwave them for 1 minute at full power.
