Who can access Back to Work and what are the requirements?

- They are self-employed workers registered in the Social Monotributo or Monotributo category A.
- They are workers registered under the Special Employment Contract Regime for domestic employees.
- They are rural workers who perform temporary or seasonal work.
- Register a public employment contract initiated after joining the program, with a gross monthly salary that does not exceed the value of 3 Minimum Wages.
- Register a job under an employment relationship in the private sector for an employment relationship initiated after joining the program, with a gross monthly salary that does not exceed the value of 3 Minimum Wages.

All ANSES benefits compatible with Returning to Work
