The lawyers of the family of Fabricia Pegoraro, the girl who was sprayed with pepper spray by the Federal Police during the march of retirees to Congress, asked that the Minister of Security be summoned to testify Patricia Bullrich.


In addition to the questioning of Patricia Bullrich, the Court was asked to summon her second in command, Alejandra Monteoliva, the commissioner and the police officer to testify. The reconstruction of the events was also requested and the minor was asked to testify under a Gesell chamber.
“Given the institutional gravity of the case, we request that the necessary means be taken to ensure the correct chain of custody of the seized items,” claimed the defense of the 10-year-old girl.
