The Buenos Aires Herald will hold today Herald Talks next to Scope of debate, the first in a series of events where they will talk with experts about their perspectives on Argentina. For the opening event, they will interview the U.S. ambassador, Marc R. Stanleyand the British Ambassador, Kirsty Hayes.

The event can be followed live on the YouTube channels of Ámbito and the Buenos Aires Herald and will be broadcast from 12 noon.


This #HeraldTalk comes as the paper marks its 148th anniversary. Held at the Hilton Buenos Aires, the conversation will be led by Amy Booth, Herald managing editor, and Juan Décima, publisher.
In the interviews, which will be in English, Booth and Décima will address Argentina’s diplomatic agenda, including the country’s position on the world stage, sectors with growth potential and possible challenges ahead. Issues related to Argentina and Buenos Aires’ rich cultural sector and the deep ties that exist between the country and the United States and the United Kingdom will also be discussed.
