- Wheat Tortillas
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 large tomato
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce (optional)
- Lemon juice
- Grated cheese, two or four tablespoons
- Garlic
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
