As for the age of those surveyed, as in August, the September index was higher in the segment comprising young people aged between 18 and 29, with a drop of 1% to 2.84 points. Regarding the geographical area, as in August, the September ICG registered its highest value among those residing in the interior: 2.22 points, with a significant negative variation of 18%. Among those residing in CABA it fell 16% (to 2.14 points) and residents of GBA down 7%.

Another aspect that the ICG analyses has to do with economic prospects. In September, as in previous months, it was “considerably higher” among those who believe that the economic situation will improve within a year: it stood at 3.87 points, with a 8% decreaseAmong those who believe it will remain the same, the value fell 5% to 2.26 points, while among those who believe it will worsen it fell 4% to 0.51 points.

Javier Milei’s image continues to decline

Last week, a survey conducted by the consulting firm Zuban Cordoba reported a new Milei’s government’s image declines and an increase in distrust regarding the image of the President due to the decrease in its credibility.
