Through the General Directorate of Customs (DGA)the AFIP organizes a new online auction in which it offers cell phones, notebooks and PS4 consoles starting at $20,000. This is an opportunity to access products at competitive prices below market value.
The auction will take place this Thursday between 10 and 12:25, through the website of City Bankenabling participation from anywhere in the country. There is the possibility of extending the contract in the event of superior offers at the time of closing.
The distinctive feature of these auctions organised by the AFIP is their offer of products that have been seized or no longer in use after long periods of storage.
The featured products in this auction are:
- Notebooks
- Cell phones
- PS4 video game consoles
- Computer equipment
All have a base price of $20,000, subject to bidding so they could increase during the auction.
How to participate?
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Pre-registrationAs a mandatory step, you must enter the Banco Ciudad auction portal and create a user with a password to be able to access the auction on the day of the auction.
20% security payment of the base value of the lot(s) for which you wish to bid. The transfer must be made to a bank account at Banco Ciudad, with the appropriate receipt at the time of registration.
Taxes. All lots are subject to VAT of 21%. In addition, specific items such as cell phones and video game consoles are subject to an additional internal tax of 23.46%. Depending on each case, one or both taxes are added to the final value offered.
Live online contest. You will be able to see the auction progress in real time along with the rest of the participants. Each lot will have a base price that can be exceeded depending on the bids that arise. If a bid is exceeded in the last three minutes before the lot closes, the timer will be automatically extended for three additional minutes, enabling the extension of the competition.
