From there, Carlos became his official assistant, and little by little, cooking became his passion.

Although he was not sure he would go far, little by little he stood out in the contest, earning not only the affection of the jury, but also that of the public.
His participation in the reality show led him to rethink his life. Before the program, he worked as teacher at a schoolbut decided to leave everything to follow his dream of becoming a pastry chef.
