How to clean leather upholstery

After having vacuumed and disinfected the surfaces near the seats, I followed this cleaning step:

  1. Fill one bucket with cold water and another with hot water: In the bucket with hot water, add a tablespoon of laundry detergent. Remember to use small amounts to avoid too much foam.
  2. Dip a sponge in the bucket of hot water and scrub well: squeeze the sponge well to avoid excess water on the seats.
  3. Dip a towel into the bucket of cold water: Once the seats are clean and evenly damp, use the towel to remove dirt and excess detergent.
